February at Bendat Basketball Centre is all about development, confidence, and connection.

The Hawks Development Sessions combine junior skill development, elite training environments, and special player appearances — all delivered by Hawks coaches and NBL1 players.

Designed to support athletes at every stage of the pathway, these sessions help players build strong foundations and prepare for high-performance basketball.

DELIVERED BY HAWKS LEADERSHIP & NBL1 PLAYERS

Sessions will be led by new NBL1 Men’s Head Coach Ben Peterson, alongside AJ Nobensi, Nic Vlahov, and members of the Hawks NBL1 playing group.

Ben, AJ and Nic also work within the Perth Wildcats program, providing athletes with exposure to coaching standards and expectations from the highest level of Australian basketball.

Athletes benefit from:

  • Direct learning from current elite players
  • A clear connection from junior development to senior pathways

 

ELEVATE SESSIONS | U12 & U14

A structured, supportive environment focused on fundamentals, confidence, and enjoyment.

Mondays | February 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd

  • U12 B & G 5-5.45pm
  • U14 B & G  5.50-6.35pm
  • Cost $80 for all 4 sessions

ELITE WORKOUTS | U16 & ABOVE

High-intensity, small-group sessions for athletes ready to train with greater intensity and intent.

Wednesdays | 5-6.30pm

  • Dates February 4th, 11th,& 25th
  • Cost $50 per session( I you want to attend multiple sessons please book individuallY)

PERTH WILDCATS PLAYER APPEARANCES

Selected sessions will feature Perth Wildcats player appearances, giving athletes the opportunity to:

  • Meet current NBL players
  • Take photos and collect autographs
  • Learn directly from professionals competing at the highest level

Player attendance is subject to injury and availability.
