In just a few short weeks, Ben has shown tremendous growth and is stepping up as a leader on and off the court. Whether it’s helping white shirts, confidently making calls, or supporting fellow officials, heβs proven to be reliable and always ready to improve.

Hawks Elastoplast Referee of the Month recipient recognizes our associations refereeing talent and commitment across the entire Association from Domestic to WABL.
Each month a referee will be recognized for their attitude, work ethic and development as a referee.
Every monthly winner receives a $25 Hawks Gear Gift Card, as well as enters the draw at the end of the year to win a $100 voucher to help gear up for their ongoing development as an official.
